ABOUT THE TRADE FAIR
Chocoa is organised to promote the consumption and production of sustainable cocoa and chocolate. The objective of the Chocoa Trade Fair is to facilitate new contacts between cocoa growers and chocolate makers.
The next Chocoa Trade Fair will be organised on Thursday and Friday March 5th and 6th 2015.
Always dreamed of making your own chocolate bean-to-bar but got no clue where to start? Want to buy directly from cocoa farmers, but got no leads? Want to expand your cocoa network? Are you importing chocolate or other cocoa products and are you looking for new opportunities? Then, the Trade Fair is definately interesting for you!
Cocoa growers from several countries such as Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Peru and Vietnam brought their beans and cocoa products to Amsterdam and were able to organise pre-arranged meetings. Buyers could test and taste raw or roasted beans, liquor and other cocoa products. There will be lectures, presentations and workshops on topics such as pre-finance, logistics, small scale chocolate making and more.
Are you a supplier of equipment to the cocoa and chocolate sector and do you want to meet potential customers? Are you looking for new business opportunities in the field? Would you like to give a presentation to an audience of professionals or potential customers? Come to the Chocoa Trade Fair 2015 in Amsterdam! The Chocoa Trade Fair will take place in the Beurs van Berlage, in the very heart of Amsterdam. This historical building was originally used as a commodity exchange center.
