During the European Market Academy you can join us on a journey through the heart of cocoa trade in Amsterdam! For exhibitors from outside Europe the European Market Academy is the key to the European market. Cocoa producers and chocolate makers will follow a training on issues that are important to understand the rules, regulations and customer preferences in Europe. Furthermore, we will visit chocolate makers in Amsterdam, cocoa warehouses and other cocoa companies in the port of Amsterdam.

We will be starting the day with a workshop program at the historical trade center the Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam, you will learn about the European market for quality chocolate and cocoa. After the lunch, we will visit the port of Amsterdam and get a tour in one of the cocoa warehouses and a chocolate factory.
