Graduates from our first Cocoa Export Training (CET) 2019, were very enthousiastic and the demand was clear: Therefore, we organized another one for Chocoa 2020.
The program had been spread over 4 days, combining several highlighted Chocoa events into one. It started on Wednesday 19th with the European Markets Academy which consisted of a series of lectures and excursions related to the export of cocoa to Europe. The program from Thursday to Saturday was specially developed for the CET participants. Each day started with a briefing, including a series of questions and points of attention during the day. Selected events of the Chocoa program were attended, such as the Barista Masterclass, the Conference on sustainable cocoa and chocolate, the Chocolate Makers’ Forum, a guided tour on the Trade Fair, the Cocoa Auction and various other events during the Chocolate Festival.
