European Markets Academy  

The sixth edition of the EMA consists of three different programmes: regular courses for cocoa producers and chocolate makers and an advanced course designed for those participants who have previously attended one of our regular programs. 

 

Cocoa Export Masterclass 

The Cocoa Export Masterclass is back for the third time, offering an immersive 5-day program that consolidates various key Chocoa events. This comprehensive program encompasses the European Markets Academy, the Women in Cocoa and Chocolate Network, the Amsterdam Sustainable Cocoa Conference, the Chocolate Makers Forum, guided tours at the Trade Fair, and a delightful array of events during the Chocolate Festival.  

 

WEDNESDAY 7 FEBRUARY 

 

Chocoa Trade Fair

The trade fair will be held 3 days, consisting of more than 100 booths. Cocoa from mainstream and fine flavour origins can be expected including:

Asia: Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia

Africa: Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Cameroon, Uganda, Tanzania, Sierra Leone

South America: Ecuador, Peru, Colombia, Venezuela. 

Central America: Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Belize

Grand Diner du Chocolat (Chocoa Dinner)  
The Chocoa Dinner is a true celebration of cocoa and chocolate, an evening of surprising and exquisite taste combinations. For this year's gala, we will host internationally renowned chefs, who will join with the exceptionally talented Venezuelan chef Franz Conde, the gifted and inventive leading the kitchen at the Hilton Amsterdam. Chef Conde has been a consistent highlight at our Chocoa Dinners, and this year, we're elevating the experience with the participation of Enrique Limardo, the first Venezuelan Michelin star chef from Washington US!
