Chocoa and Amsterdam Cocoa Week bring together a uniquely global cocoa and chocolate community. In 2026, the event hosts representatives from 50 countries across Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean, Asia-Pacific, Europe and North America. With 31 cocoa-producing origin countries alongside 19 processing, trade and consuming markets, the week reflects the full value chain, from farm to finished chocolate, creating a rare space for dialogue, trade, knowledge exchange and collaboration across regions.

TRADE FAIR
At the Trade Fair (from Wednesday 18 to Friday 20 February) you will get the chance to showcase your service and products among the experts, NGOs, Traders, cocoa processors, chocolate makers and all actors across the cacao.
FESTIVAL
At the Festival (Weekend 21-22 February) you can sell and promote your products among the consumers: the tourists which overflow Amsterdam, the Dutchies and the chocolate makers who come across the globe to promote their products.
TRADE FAIR & FESTIVAL
You can choose to participate in both the Trade Fair and the Chocolate Festival, joining us for all 5 days of the full exhibition.
